Delete your MyBattlefield Guide account

MyBattlefield Guide is published by On the Front Tours. You can delete your account and associated data at any time.

How to request deletion

• In the app: go to [Settings → Account → Delete account].

• By email: send an email to info@mybattlefieldguide.com from the address linked to your account, with the subject line “Delete my account”. We will confirm by email once it’s done.

What we delete
Your account details (name, email address), your saved progress and preferences, and any location data linked to your account.

What we keep, and for how long
Records of purchases are kept for up to 10 years, as required by German tax law. These are not used for any other purpose. Anonymised usage statistics that cannot identify you may also be retained.

Timeframe
Deletion is completed within 30 days of your request.

Note: uninstalling the app does not delete your account. Purchases made through Google Play are managed in your Google account.
